The Certified Utility Safety Administrator (CUSA) exam will be offered onsite at the Summer Utilities Division Meeting on Sunday, June 24, 2007 from 2-4pm at the InterContinental Milwaukee hotel. It will be offered in a paper-and-pencil format. To sit for the CUSA exam at this meeting, you need to meet the eligibility requirements, complete and submit a CUSA Application Review Request (CARR) form, receive pre-approval to take the test, and pre-pay the exam fee. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Please see eligibility information and application (CARR form) posted at this webpage. It will be offered in a paper-and-pencil format. To sit for the CUSA exam at this event, you need to meet the eligibility requirements, complete and submit a CUSA Application Review Request (CARR) form, receive pre-approval to take the test, and pre-pay the exam fee.
