Something that happens to men and woman, can happen during sex, or maybe masturbation, but not always. However, some, to assure their sexual partner they are 'satisfied' fake one. It's where your body starts feeling so good and some get the uncontrollable need to scream, some moan, some pant and sigh, some men may grunt lol, and the odd one is silent hahaa..
