What Would You Do In This Situation?

That is ridiculous! I would never let anyone spank my child, and if I saw someone spanking someone else's kid I would say something to that person & ask the parent why they are letting it happen.

It is your responsibility as an adult to keep children safe, not let them be harmed because you care what others think and are too scared to say something.

Spanking children for any reason for any kind is a no-no. Let alone some one else doing it.

I will pick up a fight with that adult right away. Not the fist-to-fight variety mind you - but I certainly would tell them off.

You spank a child, you are bringing them up as a misfit in the society. Love conquers all. Try that method, give them alternatives, show them how-to instead of spanking.

No one - I mean - no one has the right to touch your child.

I think everyone who was watching has serious problems and shouldn't have kids to begin with. Obviously they arent teaching and guiding their kids well at all.

I'd have said something to the parents. It's not okay to let your kids do whatever they want.

that is not ok no one is allowed to spank my kids for any reason, it is my job to dicipline my kids and noone elses.
