csa2 question?

i think my baby's father girlfriend has moved in to his house i have seen on the csa web page this:(change of circunstances)

Parents should tell us if the non-resident parent's regular weekly income changes, or there are any other changes that you think might affect child maintenance. That might include your children starting to stay overnight regularly with the non-resident parent, one parent moving abroad or a parent moving in with a new partner.

so will the amount that my ex pay change???has anyone been in this situation???

Update:

i know what is not fair and what is not fair is my son not be able to see his dad, that is unfair nothing else in this world...

Update 2:

sparkles...thats it girl that's how i think

Yes when my Ex partner, remarried but I didn't inform them if I remember rightly the fool did it himself thinking because he had remarried it would go in his favour not so it went in mine.

Edit yes babes thats right it isn't fair when your kids can't see their Dad it's a big hurt for a mum, you do what you think is best for you and your son that's the right thing to do! good luck!

edit your more than welcome sweets sod em!! they go off get remarried we are the ones who have to deal with their little hearts when Daddies busy!! you go girl!!

I didn't actually think they took her wages into account, from what the websites says then yeah you go ahead and tell them but I doubt you will receive any more money. The CSA just want to know if their new partner receives benefits or has children so they can reduce the amount of money you get. Their system always seems to benefit the absent parent more unfortunately.

Im with you on gettin money of the biological father but why are you wanting his girlfriends money, the only reason in letting them know she has moved in is so they take her wages into account and you get more money, if I were her I would move outa there straight away as there would be no way I was paying for someone else's children

Source(s): Been trying to get money of my ex for over 4 years thru the CSA

You wont get anything from his girlfriend that's ridiculous to even think that!! If anything you could get less because he could say shes not working and has to support her, then if they have a baby you will get EVEN less!!

I'd watch it you could end up like my sister and get a meesley £5 a week!!

yes it will make a difference but do you not get enough from your ex? do you really need to pull his new women into the situation? your money may go up slightly but she will suffer because of it i feel that this is not fair!!
