baby's 6 months vaccination?

i plan to take my 3 months son to overseas for the period of 6 months (visiting my mum) so he will miss his 6 months vaccination. any suggestions what can i do about it?

    Talk with your baby's doctor to make sure your baby has had enough shots to be protected for those things he will be exposed to while overseas. There may be additional shots the doctor wants your son to receive (either earlier than normal or ones not normally given) to protect him while you are gone.

    When you get back home, they will just play "catch up" with the shots to get him back on track. There are many reasons a child gets off the immunization schedule, but as long as you get caught back up, there is no problem.
