No you remember Loren Green. He used to be on Ponderosa (the old TV show.)

No he was Director of Sales way back... and then a Veep. IIRC he was an old Toy industry guy.

The only example this company is setting is what not to do if your a gaming company.
#1 Killing the RPG/ Miniatures marketing with their card games that are themselves now dying hahaha!
Yes, I play MTG and think it's a great game but I'm also an RPger/ Miniature gamer and they killed that half of the ENTIRE market for the last 8+ years 90% of me hates WOTC for that and 10% of me loves MTG.
#2 Creating very below average miniature lines with very poor sculpting and casting for the most part and canceling the lines on all of them because they have no vision and/ or are to cheap to hire the right talent... and believe me there are a lot of talanted sculptors that freelance.
#3 Good thing... reviving D&D...; bravo to them for creating the D20 system.
#4 Selling out to corperate Amereica... A.K.A. Hasbro (stick to toys, you're good at that).
#5 A lack of for the most part originality and vision in moving forward with their product lines in the RPGs and miniatures... excluding the card games.
These are just my thoughts on the whole situation of the reason things have turned out this way.
Signed,
The discontinued goblin miniature that never really made it to production but the molds are sitting on a shelf at WotC.
