Applying for or renewing an AFHS membership is a two-step process:

  1. Completing the Membership Form
  2. Making Payment.

The membership year is Sep 1 to Aug 31 annually. You may submit this form with your renewal fee by postal mail or PayPal.

New members who join between April 1 and August 31 do not need to pay an additional fee, but we request that you complete and return the form below for our records.

Fees not paid by November 1 annually will result in removal of the member's surname list from the website, withdrawl of AFHS library borrowing privileges, and stoppage of Chinook subscription.
