Other things that could be added are just the stats of these very dragons upgraded for the Epic feat Dragon Wild Shape which can let you wildshape into Huge Dragons.

Let's say I, as a druid, supersize a Medium dragon with some item of size increasing. Do I get the extra attacks for a dragon of my new size, or do I just get increased damage on my existing ones?

Oh yeah, fang dragon + Claws of the savage + INA (claw) + Colossal Size + Necklace of Natural Attacks +1 speed to 2 wings 1 bite 1 tail 4 claws and good maneuverability = 16 attacks per round with NASTY damage on the claws.

I don't know about the size questions.
But turning into a large dragon is one of those things no sane DM would allow.

And thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not going to do the Epic Dragon Wild Shape feat.
It doesn't give SU or EX abilities, so it doesn't interest me much.
Besides, i've never played in epic and probably never will.

There was a feat somewhere , proportionous wild shape or something like that , that allowed large creatures to shape into larger creatures...

Ok. I am working on a Dragon Wild Shape build and I am confused by some of the rules on the Wild Shape.

#1) Wild Shape says it acts like Polymorph. Polymorph is limited to 15HD creatures. So are the 16 and 17HD creatures listed here only for the Shapechange Spell? I want to make sure that if I understand the rule correctly, and level of "wild shape HD" past 15 or worthless?

#2) I have the Dragon Wildshape feat (Draconomicon) which states Small and Medium dragon forms can be taken. However, my Wild Shape ability grants me the ability to change into creatures up to Huge size. Which ability trumps the other?

Nope. HD limit = druid level.

You can wildshape into huge animals, plants and elementals. But you can online wildshape into small and medium dragons.

These are the ones on the site that are True Dragons, as in ones with different abilities as they age. The first two are Psionic Dragons, and were made during 3.0, so they'd need a bit of fixing for the Expanded Psionics handbook. Actually, all the ones I'm listing are 3.0, but it shows the most for the Psionic ones ;).

Something I think is important to note with the ssvaklor... There's a spell in Serpent Kingdoms called Venomfire that adds 1d6/level uncapped acid damage to the normal effects of your poison. It's third level, iirc. Combined with the ssvaklor's poison breath weapon and poison bite attack, that can quickly become very nasty and probably tip the scales heavily in the ssvaklor's favor for Dragon Wild Shape forms, paricularly if you get something like the Necklace of Natural Weapons (or whatever it was called) from Savage Species and stick the Speed weapon ability on it.

The dragon can fly at half its normal flying speed, with perfect maneuverability. The dragon cannot use its natural weaponry or breath weapon, but it can use its spell-like abilities and spells. The dragon can dismiss the effect as a standard action.

I found the Dweomervore from the new Waterdeep book to be quite interesting. It's breath weapon is telekinesis..... It only lasts one round, but it can lift 250 lbs and can be used for violent thrusts or combat manuevers like disarm (getting a +14 bonus to such checks). It also gets a Mage Hand ability at will, and a +4 racial bonus to UMD checks.

Perhaps not the most optimised, but I found it to be an interesting curiosity.

I believe I saw the Incarnum Dragon (MoI) in the bookstore. My question is if the binding (or whatever they were called) abilities that it gives are supernatural abilities, thus qualifying them for usage by Draconic Wildshape.

Good question. The Consume Soulmeld is a SU ability ... but Meldshaping and Chakra Binds are not given a type.
