We advertise a number of contracts on the Route to Government website, which was set up to help small businesses find out about government contracts.
You can also visit the Supply London website. This programme was designed to help small businesses realise opportunities in the London Supply Chain and is run by the London Development Agency .
Contracts above £125,000
Most contracts worth more than £125,000 are advertised in the European Journal and featured on the EU Tenders Electronic Daily website. This is in accordance with European Union (EU) requirement.
Supplier registration
You can register to become one of our listed suppliers. This does not mean you will automatically be awarded work. You should still keep an eye out for specific opportunities you may be interested in.
To register, you will need to:
- Request a user name and password. This is required to complete the online registration form and will be emailed to you within two hours - Register and log in
- Log in and complete the registration form. This must be completed within 20 minutes or your data will be lost, so it is advisable to prepare all information outlined in the tip sheet in advance
Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration and supplier reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence with us

As a part of our commitment to encouraging a diverse base of suppliers, we frequently take part in 'Meet the Buyer' events.
These events provide organisations with the chance of finding out potential upcoming tender opportunities for working with us and to meet with our procurement specialists.
