United Empire Loyalist Association of Canada (UELAC)
The United Empire Loyalist Association of Canada provides assistance
with genealogy searches in Ontario, the Maritimes, and Quebec. Applications
for UE status and a certificate are available from the UELAC office
in Toronto, Ontario.
The Calgary Branch Executive presently are:

The Calgary
Branch holds a banquet in May and a tea in October as well as
three or four other executive meetings every year.
The following list of names were taken from a series of files -
the majority were given to me by Kathleen Hymas, a lady who was
the Branch Genealogist here for over 20 years.
The Loyalist ancestor names are in brackets where they are known.
The applicant's name, either maiden or married when applicable,
is listed first. Many have their UE status approved but some files
are incomplete. The asterisk preceeding the applicant's name signifies
that UEL certification approval has been obtained.
