Campuses

La Trobe University has seven campuses in Victoria, in the south-east of Australia. Each campus is set in a unique environment with a diverse and dynamic atmosphere. Choose from a wide range of courses and live in a campus environment that inspires achievement.

Melbourne (Bundoora)

Melbourne (Bundoora) is La Trobe's main campus. Students from over 90 countries live and study in the beautiful bushland setting. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly and is only a half hour car or bus ride from Melbourne's city centre.

Albury-Wodonga

Albury-Wodonga, on the Murray River, is Australia’s largest inland regional centre. This thriving region provides a wide range of employment, sporting, leisure, cultural and entertainment opportunities - a great place to live, as well as to study. With ready access to University-wide resources and personalised support and tuition from dedicated staff, the Albury-Wodonga campus has much to offer.

Bendigo

Bendigo is La Trobe’s second largest campus and is situated on 33 hectares of land in this progressive and vibrant regional city. Bendigo campus offers a stimulating and secure learning, teaching and research environment, with excellent facilities, an exciting, supportive and caring community and a variety of accommodation to suit your needs.

Melbourne (City)

In a move that will see La Trobe University establish a major presence in Melbourne's CBD, a new City Campus is being created within the walls of the historic Argus Building. The existing City Campus is located on Franklin Street and the University will continue to have a presence at this location for the foreseeable future.

Mildura

The Mildura campus provides excellence in teaching and learning and the opportunity to benefit not only from the personalized student-centered focus of faculty and staff, but also breathtaking natural beauty. With a Mediterranean-like climate and fascinating local histories, Mildura’s lower costs of living make this a wonderful place to live, study, work and play.

Shepparton

The Shepparton campus gives students a high quality of education in a relaxed, friendly and caring environment with a focus on enriching the regional community. Students enjoy smaller class sizes and more personalised teaching along with the services and facilities of the beautiful, wider Goulburn Valley region.

Beechworth

La Trobe at Beechworth is our premiere multi-purpose function centre. Set in 11 acres of heritage listed gardens, it is dedicated to conferences, seminars, executive and professional development programs and special events including weddings. This unique facility also offers year round accommodation for up to 200 guests, a health and wellness day spa, and a self guided historic walking tour on campus.
