The registered office of Western Digital Corporation (hereinafter this “Corporation”) in the State of Delaware shall be at 9 East Loockerman Street, Dover, and the name the registered agent in charge thereof shall be National Registered Agents, Inc.

The principal office for the transaction of the business of this Corporation shall be 20511 Lake Forest Drive, in the City of Lake Forest, County of Orange, State of California. The Board of Directors (hereinafter the Board) is hereby granted full power and authority to change said principal office from one location to another.

This Corporation may also have such other offices at such other places, either within or without the State of Delaware, as the Board may from time to time determine or as the business of this Corporation may require.
