YouTube has banned the upload of Digimon Data Squad episodes due to copyright infringement, but Dillon from our forums has pointed out that Disney has started uploading the episodes to their own website for everyone to see. Merry Christmas everyone!
Just a few small roles that Jeff has announced: Paul St. Peter [Leomon/Digimon, Nine Tailed Fox/Naruto] is MetalPhantomon. Jeff will play the Dokugumon (who will not have actual lines). And Melodee Spevack [Birdramon/Digimon, Crusadermon/Digimon] will play Blossomon.
And just a note, Jeff doesn't want anyone to ask further questions about which actors/actresses will play which roles, so this might be the last bit of information on future episodes. :/ | | Read/Post Comments (56) |

Ivan is going to be voiced by Christopher Darga. He's been in quite a number of live action shows/movies including Bones, Scrubs, Deadwood, That 70's Show, etc.
I believe this is his first anime voice over work.

Arthur on Jeff Nimoy's MySpace group has gotten an email from Neil Kaplan [Hawkmon/Digimon, Optimus Prime/Transformers: RiD] saying that he is playing Pumpkinmon in Digimon Data Squad. Jeff has confirmed this. | | Read/Post Comments (15) |

| Layout, LoadKnightmon confirmation, and Eldradimon! |

First off, I'm sure everyone has noticed the new layout. WHAT? Only one side bar?! TK! Have you gone mad?! ...Yes. Yes I have. I do think though that it is an interesting change that needs to be explored. Classes are finally out for me, holidays are coming up... We need some change! That, and of course Falcomon rocks all kinds of socks!!
Jeff has also replied to my question of whether or not LoadKnightmon is a typo. It's not a typo. His name will be LoadKnightmon. Jeff seems happy though, saying "but I know they liked it because it sounded like Lord."
On another note, ElDoradimon will be dubbed Eldradimon, and will be played by Jeff himself. He says Eldradimon will not speak, just make reaction noises. | | Read/Post Comments (98) |

According to Jeff: "Crusadermon will be a man, and named LoadKnightmon. And just in case people start complaining that I'm making the planet unlivable for all mankind, I'm telling everyone for the millionth time, don't ask me why the name was changed, I'm not in on those decisions."

Jeff says that the Gizmon, Gizmon AT, and Gizmon XT will be called Gizumon, Gizumon AT, and Gizumon XT.

Jeff says that Cherrymon will be played by Michael McConnohie [Azulongmon/Digimon, Narrator/Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo].

| Yatagaramon or Crowmon? |

Thanks to Garion of our forums, we have some nice box pictures of a few of the new Digimon toys that are begining to hit shelves. You can see the pictures here.
Garion does point out that on the box, there is an advertisment for the Peckmon Digivolver. It says "Peckmon" digivolves to "Crowmon." Yatagaramon had been translated to Yatakaramon (with a k instead of a g) for the Digimon World DS games. Now it seems Bandai is going to use Crowmon. I asked Jeff which one would be used in the show. He replied:
"Through circumstances of which I'm not really aware of, many of the names in the video game have been changed for the show. Like I've said before, between Toei, Bandai, Disney, and Studiopolis, there's a lot of coordinating of toys, names, merchandise, tv shows, etc. to be done, and sometimes, things change, due to who has the final word over what decision. It's not all cut and dry, where there's one voice that says, "Yes, that's the right decision." Different items fall under different jurisdictions. Anyway, the Yatagaramon/Crowmon miscommunication is one of those instances. But for the show, he will be Crowmon. I'm not sure how it became Crowmon, but that's what I was told to call him, and that's what I did. Other than that, I have nothing to do with the toys whatsoever." | | Read/Post Comments (30) |

| Nanami and Thomas' mother's voice actress... |

According to Jeff Nimoy, Nanami's voice actress is Philece Sampler. She will also voice Thomas' mother in episode 15. Sampler is best know to us as Mimi from Adventure, as well as Cody from Adventure 02.
