IT Officer (IT Voice)

What does your current role involve?
I am currently holding the position of IT Officer in the IT Voice team which mainly involves maintaining and updating our VOIP based telephony system and our Genesys virtual call centre.

What is the best thing about working at iiNet? The fact that we are an early adopter of new technologies means I always get my hands on the latest equipment and systems, this experience is invaluable in an industry that is so fast paced. Additionally, being an ISP, our IT department is a little spoilt, with a large number of highly skilled colleagues who are more than happy to be of assistance and pass on their knowledge.
