Zach pulled off a romantic surprise for Kendall: showing up unexpectedly at
her book signing in Chicago. He basked in his love for Kendall, who,
guilt-ridden over her one-night stand with Aidan and antsy that she might be
pregnant, tried to keep the home pregnancy test she'd purchased hidden in
her purse and fight off her nausea.

Henry snuggled with Vienna while whispering sweet nothings about gorgeous poker hands in his sleep. An annoyed Vienna woke him right up and insisted that he only think about her when he's unconscious, accusing him of a number of dream-related sins and threatening to withhold sex until he rectifies the problem.

At the breakfast table, Katie, Storm and Donna noticed that Brooke was
preoccupied (she was thinking of Nick's proposal from the night before that
they get together). Katie suggested that Storm continue his therapy in Paris
but he said he wanted to be near his sisters.

On the plane, Shawn and Belle tried to calm Claire, who was rattled by the plane lurching. A concerned Hope noted to Bo that it wasn't just a little turbulence. Philip talked a nervous Chloe down. John gave Marlena an explanation for why the plane dropped, which she found unnerving since he could remember that and not her.

At G.H., Epiphany was more argumentative than usual. Robin, Kelly and Regina
were concerned that she wasn't property grieving for her deceased son, Stan.
Shortly afterward, a package arrived for Epiphany. She opened it and saw it
was Stan's ashes.

In San Gabriel, Beth doubled over in pain (she's in labor!), while a
vengeful Jonathan pointed a gun at Alan's head, threatening that it was
finally time for Spaulding to pay for Tammy's untimely death. Then Beth
screamed that she's having the baby, so Jon reluctantly let Alan go to tend
to her.

Over breakfast at Llanfair, Viki told Charlie all about the Go Red ball and
her involvement in it. Viki was disappointed to hear that Charlie didn't
plan to attend. He said he'd love to go, but would be out of his element at
such a fancy affair.

In Mexico, Luis and Miguel dragged a body, wrapped in a fish net, to the
wharf. Gwen and Juanita hoped it was Theresa's body. Gwen was devastated
when it turned out to be Ethan's and frantically performed CPR on him.
Miguel cornered Juanita and asked her why she wanted Pilar and Theresa dead.

Nikki walked in as Nick, Phyllis and Jack (but no Sharon) were brainstorming
about their webzine. Although she was happy that her son was excited about
his new venture, Nikki lamented that her divorce caused such a rift between
Nick and Victor. Nick assured his mom that he felt relief over being "freed
from Victor Newman."
