Now that GUIDING LIGHT's Beth is poised to give birth, Beth Chamberlin is excited to ditch the strap-on belly and show the world what she's been hiding beneath the fake bulk.

"I've been doing this workout that has my body in the best shape I've ever been in my entire life," reveals Chamberlin. "The drag of the pregnancy suit is, I finally have the abs I've always wanted and I have them covered by a big belly! This past summer I looked better in a bikini than I did when I was in my 20s."

Chamberlin developed a weight-oriented workout to help sculpt her body. She has so much confidence in the routine that she's been working on a exercise DVD that she says will help others shape up as well.

"I'm pretty excited about it," gushes Chamberlin. "I believe that this is the answer that women have been looking for. And men, too! My husband does the same workout, just with a heavier weight than I do."

Chamberlin hopes to release the secret weapon workout DVD sometime in March.

If you think you don't have time to work out, Chamberlin begs to differ. "You do the workout twice a week," she explains. "That's what I've been doing, and I've gotten such fast results."

She insists the DVD can give the same results as regular trips to the gym, with the added flexibility of sweating from home. "I never had good abs, and I finally do," explains Chamberlin, "so you can get a body that looks like [you] spend every day at the gym without going, because you do it in your house."

Though Chamberlin has achieved her desired results, she continues to stick to her twice-a-week routine, waiting for the day she can show off her bod on the set.

"Shawn Dudley (GL's costume designer) dresses me so well sometimes you can't see just how big the [pregnancy belly] is," laughs Chamberlin. "I've got this good body now, so I don't want to cover it up anymore."
