The role of Quality Assurance Manager is critical to the ongoing success of the site, and you will be responsible for the plant quality system. This will include the development of the QA function, which is critical to ensuring safe and effective products, in addition to ensuring new products and processes are validated to established industry standards. You will define strategic quality objectives and will drive continuous improvement whilst leading and influencing within a matrix organisation.
Ideally with a science degree or equivalent, you will have built up an impressive background in a Quality Assurance role, delivering results in a forward thinking environment. This track record will have been gained in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment where innovation, customer service and delivering results are paramount. Your in-depth QA experience, including being the main contact for regulatory bodies and ISO certification, coupled with your strategic thinking and people management expertise will make you a natural choice for this role.
