Fantastic consultancy opportunity working as a Process Improvement Consultant.

Business Synchronicity Ltd is a tremendously successful company specialising in business re-engineering and process improvement.

Working with major organisations throughout the UK [BT, Vodafone, NHS Trusts, public sector] we deliver improved synchronisation between business performance and customer requirements and have become recognised for the positive contribution we make to our client businesses. This is achieved primarily through the use of operations management tools and methodologies with all of our ‘Lead Consultants’ being either experienced Six Sigma Black Belts or Master Black Belts.

Due to our impressive performance over the last two years we are now looking to expand our company (currently three Directors) by taking on new team members. The Process Improvement Consultant will be involved in a range of assignments; identifying customer requirements; carrying out root cause analysis; developing systems and processes and producing and delivering reports and presentations.

Based from home and working at client premises across the UK this is an ideal opportunity for a self-managing highly motivated individual to join this fast growing organisation. You will be involved in whole life cycle projects, applying customised solutions and will really have the chance to effect change within a wide variety of companies across a range of industry sectors.

You will be an accomplished change practitioner, qualified to degree level, with excellent analytical and presentation skills and the ability to work in a complex, multifunctional, multicultural environment. Familiarity with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing techniques would be an advantage and you must understand the need for innovative solutions to everyday problems. You will also be proficient in the use of MS Office packages and ideally have knowledge of modern project management tools including MS Project.

This role provides a very rewarding challenge with a comprehensive benefits package including a performance related bonus.
