Our customers need to feel comfortable and confident when sharing and communicating their business objectives – happy that we’re creating the right annual advertising proposal for them. So, on top of being good with people, you’ll need to have a flair for building rapport, gathering information and really adding value to your visits.
Of course your organisation and planning skills need to be exceptional too, ensuring that your diary is full, but still easy to manage. Finally, you’ll need the self-belief, drive and motivation to be the best, together with the energy to face every day as enthusiastically as your first. It’s a big list of requirements.
