We're a world class retailer, and we've a property portfolio to match. Here in Property, our job is to design, build, manage and maintain all those assets. Tesco sites and stores come in all shapes and sizes. The work of planning, building, refitting and extending them can be demanding. The Role:

As the cost manager you will be responsible for the development of build schemes, in collaboration with Acquisitions team and Development Planning team, with the aim of delivering the ‘best value’ scheme continuously recognising customer attributes and cost build solutions. Key to the success of the role will be your ability to weigh up the risks against opportunities using you specialist technical knowledge and experience.

The Person:

We are looking for high calibre candidates who are motivated, self driven and can work autonomously. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude and will encourage change from both lessons learnt and knowledge sharing. Above all you will be ambitious with a proven track record of success where your hard work will be rewarded with exceptional personal and career development. You will already be a qualified quantity surveyor or will come from a quantity surveying background.
