Our new Commercial Managers/Quantity Surveyors will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting, industry-leading projects across all sectors. A wide variety of roles is available for client facing, internal, office or field-based individuals, all with varying levels of autonomy. Wherever you join us across our network of offices in the UK or abroad, you’ll be working as part of a team to deliver our projects on time and to budget, encouraged to take responsibility for cost planning and control from start to finish. This will involve forming strong client relationships, as well as liaising with managers to not only ensure a consistent service, but identify opportunities for development in terms of quality and profitability.
A clear personal development plan maximising individuals’ strengths as they progress through the business in their chosen areas is a key part of our responsibility and commitment to all our people.
MRICS-qualified or equivalent and with experience in a professional practice or consultancy environment, you'll have sound surveying, interpersonal and either proven or developing client-care skills. We’re also looking for an excellent knowledge of cost management and the drive to take ownership.
