You’ll champion, drive and facilitate major process improvement activities using tools and techniques such as VSA, SIA and Kaizen. You’ll also transfer knowledge and capability through training and team improvement events and we’ll look to you to capture and formalise newly modelled processes using an IDEF approach.
We’re looking for individuals with in-depth knowledge of Lean-based programmes and methods, and a successful track record of their implementation within a service industry environment. You’ll need highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to ensure colleagues across the business truly engage with our continuous improvement culture.
