We are seeking to recruit a dynamic professional to lead the development and delivery of our training services. You will be a strategic thinker, with an understanding of the UK's training environment; and be capable of demonstrating a capacity to manage and deliver complex training packages.
Leading a small team of training specialists you will be required to develop a range of technical and specialist training programmes to meet the needs of companies in the metals and manufacturing sector. This will involve working in close partnership with the Regional Development Agencies, the Learning and Skills Councils, the Sector Skills Councils and industrial clients.
The role will have a strong focus on business development and requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a track record in formulating and securing contracts with both the public and private sector. Experience of working in the metals manufacturing sector would be an advantage.
