Our newly created Programme Management Office provides a central focus for the projects and programmes that we undertake and ensures that they are on track to deliver the best outcomes for consumers.

You’ll play a key role in influencing the direction of the PMO as it develops. Providing guidance to project directors and team leaders when it comes to programme and project management, you’ll advise and support them throughout the project lifecycle on anything from setting realistic timetables to progress reporting.

With a positive track record of working collaboratively with people at all levels and with varying degrees of experience, you’re a strong leader with exceptional communication and influencing skills. Confident and analytical, you’ll be able to take a professional approach to complex challenges. You’ll have gained an in-depth understanding of project and programme management best practice through practical experience and are likely to have a professional qualification or have undertaken formal training in this area.
