The Company:
WorkSmart is a UK software company, with a major presence in the financial services market. Established and with a blue chip client base, the company has ambitious growth plans.
Key to these plans are a team of Business Development Managers who will help the company achieve the next phase of its growth.
The Role:
Each Business Development Manager will have responsibility for the continued building of a national presence for the company. This will primarily involve winning new business and working with existing clients.
The Person:
The successful applicant will be selfmotivated, target driven and possess excellent communication, negotiation and account development skills.
With a minimum of 3 years experience, ideally in Software Sales or within the Training and Competence arena, or Sales Management. Ideally the candidate will have the potential and business acumen to grow and take on more responsibility as the company develops. Of course, the person will have a full, ideally clean, driving licence.
