The Company
Milton Keynes based Lyco Direct is a leading B2B supplier of lighting, electrical and maintenance products. Established in 1995, the company has a number of channels to market including direct marketing through its award-winning catalogues, e-commerce, field and telesales.

The Position
Due to its continuing expansion, Lyco is seeking to appoint an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to take full responsibility for the Company’s sales strategies and their execution. Key tasks will include:
• managing the growth of existing and new sales channels
• creating and motivating an effective sales and marketing team
• strengthening existing and developing new brands
• driving a robust pricing strategy
• assisting in bringing new products to market.

The Person
The successful candidate will demonstrate high drive, strategic thinking, experience of successful change management, versatility and a clear record of meeting stretching sales targets. Experience of both conventional B2B selling and e-commerce is essential, together with a minimum of 5 years of operating at a senior sales level.

The Package
The employment package will include a competitive salary, car allowance, substantial bonus opportunity and relocation expenses where appropriate. There will be the opportunity to earn future equity.
