in no later than 1928. This historic document has an
ornate border around it with a vignette of Johannes Guttenberg. This item is hand signed by the Company’s President and Secretary and is
over 76 years old. This is the first time we have seen this certificate.
Certificate Vignette
In 1450, Johannes Guttenberg invented the printing press. The invention of the press revolutionized communication and education, allowing the development of newspapers, as well as reasonably priced books. The first product of the press was the Guttenberg Bible.
