ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle. This item has the printed signatures of the Company’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officed and Secretary and is
over 15 years old.

By 1992 Stone Container led the U.S. pulp and paper industry in the production of containerboard, corrugated containers, kraft paper, bags and sacks. Stone is also the world's largest exporter of linerboard and holds a major market position in newsprint, white paper and pulp. Stone's Seminole Kraft plant in Jacksonville, Florida, is the largest U.S. linerboard and kraft paper recycling facility.
