| | | San Francisco Land Association 1858 RARE | Beautifully engraved Certificate from the San Francisco Land Association issued
in 1858. The company was incorporated in Philadelphia which was common for for early California business ventures. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an
ornate border around it with a vignettes of a seated female allegorical figure with eagle and shield with port and train crossing bridge in background, and the California State Seal with the word "Eureka". This item is hand signed by the Company's President (F. N. Buck) and Secretary (William Lippincote) and is
over 146 years old. Condition is VF.
