| | | Santa Ana Mining Company - Territory of Arizona 1898 - Founders Share - Black Diamond District | Beautifully printed Founders' Share Certificate from the Santa Ana Mining Company issued
in 1898. This colorful historic document has an
ornate border around it with a vignette of and American and Mexican flags draped together with a coat of arms in the center. There is also an imprint of Mondonna and child on the embossed gold corporate seal. The certificate was printed by H. S. Crocker & Co. This item is hand signed by the Company's President, Herbert J. Delamer and its Secretary, Charles Metcalf and is
over 108 years old. The certificate is made out to Lucile Monthiers Dehaynin and endorsed on the verso by same.
