Palestine Economic Corporation (PEC Israel Economic Corporation )

Beautifully engraved certificate from the Palestine Economic Corporation issued in 1949-1961. This historic document was printed by the Hasbrouck Thistle & Company and has an ornate border around it with an underprint of the Israeli Flag. This item has the printed signatures of the company’s chairman and treasurer and is over 40 years old.

The name of the company was changed to the PEC Israel Economic Corporation on 9/19/62. PEC Israel Economic Corporation organizes, acquires interests in, finances and participates in the management of companies which are located in the State of Israel or are Israel-related. PEC is often involved in the early development of a company and has participated in the organization, financing or increase in capital of over 150 Israeli enterprises since its incorporation in 1926.
