| | | Northeastern Telephone Co. (Became New England Telephone and Telegraph - NYNEX) - Maine 1904 | Beautifully engraved certificate from the Northeastern Telephone Co. issued in 1904. This historic document was printed by Franklin Lee Banknote company and has an
ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle. This item is hand signed by the Company's President, T. R. Brooks and Secretary, Edwin Gearhart and is over 101 years old.

There is also a letter and envelope dated 1908. The letter discusses how the New England Telephone and Telegraph Company has bought out most of the bonds,unsecured indebtedness and capital stock of The Northeastern Telephone company and the letter asks to buy his stock in the company.
