ornate border around it with the company's name on top. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 109 years old.
The New London Steamboat Co. was established in 1882 and operated between New London, Connecticut, and Watch Hill and Block Island, Rhode Island. It was purchased by the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad's consolidated New England Navigation Company in 1904.
