This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Charleston Harbor. This item is hand signed by the Company President and is over 97 years old. It has 40 coupons attached to the bottom of it that are not shown in the scan. Also, the scan has clipped the sides and top of the certificate due to its size. The actual certificate is in excellent condition and is well balance on all sides.
