Beautifully engraved certificate from the
First National Bank of the City of Brooklyn dated 1865. This historic document was printed by the Lithographers of Henry Seibert & Brothers and has an
ornate border around it with vignettes of an allegorical woman with an ax and a shield and a ship in the background, an allegorical woman holding an eagle and a man sitting on a box amongst barrels and an anchor. This item has the hand signatures of the Company's President and Cashier and is over 139 years old.
