| | | Bingham Central Railway Company Utah 1909 | Beautifully engraved certificate from the Bingham Central Railway Company issued
in 1909. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an
ornate border around it with a vignette of allegorical men and women. This item is hand signed by the Company’s President and Secretary and is
over 93 years old.
The Bingham Central Railway Company was underground Railway by way of the three-mile Mascotte Tunnel to Lark for the transportation of copper ore for the Utah Copper Mines.
On January 1, 1917 the Ohio Copper Mining Company was reorganized as Ohio Copper Company to assume the debt of the costs of the Bingham Central Railway.
