[1] Pe marginea din stânga a documentului, în dreptul punctelor 1,3 şi 4 se află menţiunea “acceptat” şi semnăturile celor doi ministri; în dreptul punctului 2, Litvinov a scris: “nu se acceptă”, iar Titulescu a notat: “nu pot semna convenţia fără articolul doi”, punându-şi, de asemenea, semnătura.
