A Socialite's Life

Coming up on its fourth birthday, A Socialite's Life, started off as the brainchild of the mysterious and elusive Miu von Fuerstenberg, whose knowledge of the Manhattan socialite inner circle prompted her to create a blog dedicated to gossiping about these ladies who lunch. Since then, however, the blog has expanded to include all kinds of celebrity gossip, and after Miu's amicable departure from the site, two new editors, Lisa Timmons and J. Harvey, have stepped up to helm what we like to refer to as the "multi-media gossip/trash-talkin' phenomenon" that is A Socialite's Life. The addition of media producer, Wayne Ford, has resulted in a weekly podcast, "Liquid Lunch Podcast," available on iTunes, as well as the creation of ASL's video lounge, produced by our multi-media adjunct, "Snarky Entertainment," which houses a variety of ASL-produced original content.

With Lisa taking it to the bridge on the West Coast, and J. bringing sexy back on the East, A Socialite's Life is determined to deliver your daily does of celebrity gossip with a comedic twist. In other words, "It ain't CNN, bitches!"

Celebitchy is an entertainment blog that over analyzes and dismisses the gossip so you don't have to. We're bitchy but not mean, and have several contributors that update the site throughout the day.

n animal lover, Goldenfiddle owns two dogs and a horse. One is a white male Borzoi named Mama's Pale Angel Breath (called Pal), which he got in 1997. The other is a black female Pek-a-Poo (a Pekinese/Poodle mix) named Cervidarby (called Darby), which he got in early 2001 after convincing a journalist who was interviewing him to buy the puppy for him. Goldenfiddle's horse is named Lemonway.
