City of Vancouver Archives Reopened
A recent email from Heather Gordon, Archives Manager of the City of Vancouver Archives stated that the archives have now re-opened following settlement of a labour dispute between the City and CUPE Local 15, the City's inside workers. City of Vancouver ArchivesMonthly Programs

Images of England
The organization called English Heritage now has a website: ImagesOfEngland.org.uk The site contains pictures of buildings and objects (red telephone booths, etc.) that are considered worth recording before they disappear. It has been described as a new Domesday Book. Enter the names of English villages and towns where ancestors lived and see excellent pictures of the buildings they would have seen.Newsfeed provided
