- If you have a problem with an installed Coprocessor,

to obtain support. If your problem concerns a
coprocessor installed in a IBM System x™ server, contact
the Support Team by email as outlined below. Otherwise refer your
problem to IBM through the channel indicated in Where
to obtain support, generally through the RETAIN PMR process.
If you have a question or problem with an IBM software product that uses
the IBM PCI-X Cryptographic Coprocessor, then you should submit your
question or problem to IBM using the platform channel indicated in Where
to obtain support. Generally, this is through the RETAIN PMR
process. Note that contacts for products such as ICSF and TKE should be
through System z™ support, and not using the Crypto email address given on
this page.
