The artists are paired and must create works about opposing forces: Heaven and Hell, Male and Female, Order and Chao. New York artist notorious for his graphic paintings, Ryan McGinnes, sits on the judging panel.

The remaining four artists head out of bustling New York City to the quiet refuge of a nature preserve. Here, they are invited to draw inspiration from their surroundings – exploring the landscape and gathering natural materials to incorporate into their piece. Michele Oka Doner, who specializes in creating art based on nature, serves as guest judge.

The final contestants have been sent home to prepare a full solo exhibition. Climaxing in a large-scale gala opening, the finalists present their collections to the judging panel to determine “The Next Great Artist.”

On the premiere episode of “Mad Fashion,” Chris March and his team are working with shoe designer Ruthie Davis to create a striking look for the Fashion Week launch of her new shoe line. Ruthie wants a dress that is really going to impress and is hoping that he will use her idea of a Bond girl as his inspiration. Chris’ idea is to take a much more literal approach to the design and is intent on making a dress of shoes. Will his cutting-edge look leave her wishing it was for her eyes only?

Meet Tara, Ambria and Karina who are the lifeblood of upscale consignment store Second Time Around, located in New York City. Business is looking up when they consign a $6,000 dress once worn by J-Lo as well as authenticate two dresses potentially made by Carolina Herrera and Oscar de la Renta. They also visit the closet of socialite Eva Jeanbart-Lorenzotti who consigns items that will be worth over $3,000 of merchandise to the store. Plus, the staff will welcome a new employee, Wilson, who is brought in to build out the men's section. But when Wilson criticizes the current state of STA's collection, Ambria lets it be known, “If he's going to talk smack, then he better have the goods to back it up.” She's not letting anyone destroy the delicate personality balance or the business of STA.

In the series premiere, the mother of the group, Caroline, prepares for her son's graduation party. Then, stage mom Teresa visits her daughter's dance recital and plots her road to stardom. But when Danielle gets in the middle of sister-in-law Dina and Jacquelin, things really get crazy.

Not only are the ladies bringing out the drama, but the kids are piling it on too. Jacqueline is upset over her daughter's declining grades, while Teresa and her daughter Gia receive some exciting news about an upcoming audition, and Caroline's daughter decides she is finally ready for beauty school. Meanwhile, Danielle attempts to befriend Dina, but that only adds to their already existing tension.

For the New Jersey housewives, being fabulous is all about being a great mom and a great friend, but when Danielle invites all the ladies over for a mom's night out spa party – the party goes from fabulous to frightening. The claws come out and rumors begin to swirl about Danielle, and Jacqueline's family puts pressure on her to end the friendship.

Teresa is busy juggling her daughter's acting career while trying to move her family into their dream home. While the ladies decide to get together to discuss Danielle's shady past, Jacqueline takes it upon herself to confront Danielle about the rumors and her possible connections south of the Border. Drama seems to follow Danielle as she and Teresa's husband are involved in a nasty confrontation.

Luck be a lady! Dina, Caroline and Teresa head to Atlantic City for a girls' weekend of gambling, shopping and spa treatments. After bikini shopping and an argument with her husband about "the bigger the better," Teresa struggles with the idea of getting plastic surgery. The relationship drama continues as Danielle breaks up with her boyfriend and turns to her children for support. Meanwhile, Jacqueline invites Danielle out for a friendly birthday lunch and the claws come out erupting in a major catfight.

This week matchmaker Patti Stranger meets Uri, a young Israeli born real estate developer and professional salsa dancer, and Zagros, a Kurdish Iranian entrepreneur. Upon meeting Uri, Patti insists that he teach her some salsa dance moves. Uri obliges and the two nearly topple over during a dip. Later, Zagros surprises Patti with an unorthodox gift, handing her two boxes of power tools that he markets as part of his business. But Patti is taken aback when she finds that Zagros has slipped very expensive Tiffany jewels in the toolbox. Zagros tells Patti that his family is very important to him and he wants their opinion when it comes to choosing a woman. At a two-way mirror casting session, Zagros surprises everyone when he brings a half a dozen family members, including his mother, to help make a decision. Zagros causes a bit of a stir when he chooses Teal, a scantily clad, out of work model. His family totally disagrees with Zagros’s choice, but Patti thinks that he should go with his gut and think for himself. Uri’s choice is Tatiana, a beautiful Jewish girl.

The streets of Punta Cana are treacherous in heels. While the ladies dodge the dead animals that line the open air market the guys bust balls on the course.
