You might find promotional certificates or claim codes from Amazon.ca in newspapers and magazines, in shipments, or on our Web site. We offer a wide variety of these certificates as a way of saying "Thank you!" for shopping with us.
Promotional certificates can be redeemed only at the time you place an order. Simply follow the instructions on the certificate and enter the claim code on the order form.
If the total cost of the items you are purchasing exceeds the amount of the certificate, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information for the remaining balance. Please note that promotional certificates may not be applied toward sales tax or shipping costs. For a full list of rules and restrictions associated with promotional certificates, click here.
Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, you will not be refunded for the amount of the certificate, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
Difficulties Redeeming Your Promotional Certificate? You need to enter your promotional certificate's claim code into the order form only once in order to redeem those funds. If for some reason you do not place an order at that time, those funds will remain listed on the order form until they are used, or until they expire.
Promotional Certificate RestrictionsRelevant restrictions for each offer will be printed on the promotional certificate itself. For a list of rules and restrictions associated with all promotional certificates, click here.
