Buying at Amazon Marketplace

Amazon.com offers millions of new items. But what about used DVDs, second-hand videos, and collectible books signed by the author? Now, with Amazon Marketplace, you can buy (and sell) used products on the same page where Amazon sells the item new.

Locating used and collectible items is easy. You'll see links to used items in search results and on product information pages.

To submit an order, just click the "buy used" links in search results or the "used" links located on product information pages. You'll then see a listing of all the used and collectible items available from our Marketplace sellers. Click the "Add to cart" button to begin the ordering process. After you've completed the order, the seller receives payment notification as well as your shipping address, and within two days, the item is shipped directly to you.

Buying used and collectible items from an Amazon Marketplace seller is as easy--and safe--as buying directly from Amazon.com.

Do you have an issue with an existing Merchant or Marketplace order? If so, read our Problems with Sellers page.
