What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save is a feature that allows you to set up automatic reorders of products you use frequently, on a schedule convenient for you, and at a discount on Amazon.com's everyday low price. All Subscribe & Save orders are shipped for free using standard shipping.

Where can I find a list of eligible products?

Visit our Subscribe & Save store for a full list of eligible products. We update the list of eligible products frequently, so check back if you don't see an item you'd like to subscribe to.

How can I let you know about a product I'd like to be made eligible for Subscribe & Save?

We love feedback. If an item you'd like to subscribe to isn't eligible, please send us an e-mail to subscribe-and-save-feedback@amazon.com and let us know.

How does subscribing save me money?

All Subscribe & Save orders come with a discount over the everyday price of the item. The discount percentage is posted on the product detail page when you sign up and is guaranteed for the life of your subscription--whether you end your subscription after just a single shipment or keep it going for years. (Limited-time promotional increases may not apply; if a limited-time promotional increase is applied, it will only be applied to items shipped during the promotional period.)

In addition, all Subscribe & Save shipments come with free standard shipping.

What if the subscription discount changes after I place my order?

If the discount percentage we're able to offer on an item eligible for Subscribe & Save goes up, we will apply that better discount to existing subscriptions for that item. (Limited-time promotional increases may not apply; if a limited-time promotional increase is applied, it will only be applied to items shipped during the promotional period.)

If the discount percentage goes down, you will keep your better discount for the life of that subscription. However, if you cancel your subscription and reactivate it, your subscription discount will be the discount at the time you reactivate the subscription.

What payment methods can I use for Subscribe & Save orders?

Credit cards are the only form of payment that can be used for Subscribe & Save orders. (We will always apply credit balances already on your account from Amazon.com gift certificates and eligible promotional codes before charging the remaining balance to your credit card.)

When do I pay for my Subscribe & Save order?

You pay for subscription items only as they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge your credit card for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax.

What are your options for delivery schedules?

Subscription orders are available in one-month, two-month, three-month, and six-month intervals. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we will send out the shipments on that schedule automatically.

Once I sign up, when will I get my first order?

As soon as you click "Sign me up," we will begin processing your first order. All Subscribe & Save orders ship for free using standard shipping (if you are an Amazon Prime customer, your first shipment will be sent for free using two-day shipping and subsequent shipments will use standard shipping). The estimated delivery range for your first order is provided in on the Sign Up page and can be viewed on the Where's My Stuff section of Your Account.

What happens after I get my first shipment?

We will automatically process your next shipment on the schedule you selected when you placed your Subscribe & Save order. Before each shipment, we will send an e-mail to the address associated with the subscription to let you know the process is about to begin and gives you a chance to make any necessary updates.

How do I update my subscription?

You may change the quantity and frequency of your subscription as well as the billing and shipping address and payment method at any time online using Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items through Your Account. Updates will be applied to all future shipments associated with the subscription.

Changes made do not apply to shipments that have already entered the shipping process. If you're unsure whether a shipment is in the process of being sent to you, check Where's My Stuff in Your Account and look for the most recent shipment associated with your subscription.

Can I upgrade my shipping method?

Shipping upgrades are not permitted for Subscribe & Save orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription any time, online, 24 hours a day using Manage Your Subscribe & Save Items through Your Account. You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.

Can I subscribe to eligible products if I live outside of the contiguous 48 states?

Many eligible items--such as food, personal care items such as shampoo, and household items--can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We cannot ship consumable products such as these to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or international addresses. For more information on shipping restrictions, visit our Help section.
