Investigators say celebrity extortionist David Hans Schmidt apparently committed suicide. Schmidt, who plead guilty to shaking down Tom Cruise and who also tried to auction off Paris Hilton's diaries, was interviewed last year by Courttv.com reporter Lisa Sweetingham, who discussed Schmidt in a chat.
Phil Spector: Mistrial
