Motor racing
In Shanghai: Formula One stewards summoned Lewis Hamilton yesterday after complaints about the Formula One championship leader’s erratic driving behind the safety car in a wet Japanese Grand Prix last weekend. A decision was expected at the Chinese Grand Prix today. Red Bull’s Mark Webber and Toro Rosso’s Sebastian Vettel collided while following Hamilton behind the safety car in that race and complained that his driving was a contributory factor.

In the Comando de Remonta y Veterinaria Breeders Cup for first year dressage horses organized by the Asociacin Argentina de Fomento Equino at the Club Alemán de Equitacin, military-bred horses took the first three places with Remonta Jatives, ridden by Florencia Manfredi, the clear cut winner, earning 7.57 points. Reserve champion was Remonta Jaborandi, guided by Victoria Ortelli, with 6.84, followed by Remonta Jura, with Gonzalo Domínguez
Silva, 6.67. Fourth was Tambo Leal II, with Fábian Sejanes, 6.51 and fifth CT Buena Ventura, ridden by Martín Zone, 6.48.

In Mendoza: Argentine Mariano Reutemann increased his lead in the Olympic RS:X Class World Championship yesterday by winning both yesterday’s races.
There are 68 entries (61 men and seven women) from Argentina, Canada, Brazil, France, Colombia, Belgium, Slovenia, Puerto Rico amd Italy and leading standings are:
