Our Jury Consulting practice distinguishes itself by conducting social science experiments including focus groups and jury simulations in order to develop trial strategy and conduct risk assessments. In addition, we are the only jury consulting practice that integrates computer-generated graphics into the research process in order to educate jurors on themes and issues central to each case.

Situated in DOAR's suburban corporate headquarters in Lynbrook, NY, the Digital Court Facility is the only research complex of its kind in the country. Researchers at DOAR have at their disposal three focus group suites in which to conduct jury simulations and a fully equipped high tech courtroom in which to run mock trials and attorney rehearsals.
