Tuition and fees at more than 3,200 colleges and universities, compiled by the College Board as part of "The Annual Survey of Colleges of the College Board, 2006-2007."

NOTES ON THESE DATA

This database shows the tuition and required fees at 3,265 colleges and universities in the academic years 2005-6 and 2006-7.

For 2006-7, charges for both state residents and out-of-state residents are listed. The 2005-6 figures cover state residents only.

The figures represent charges to first-time, full-time undergraduates based on a nine-month academic year of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours. An asterisk (*) indicates that an institution provided estimated figures for 2006-7. The designation "n/a" indicates that tuition figures were not available.
