The Chronicle of Higher Education is the No. 1 source of news, information, and jobs for college and university faculty members and administrators. A subscription to The Chronicle includes access to all of this Web site.

Online, The Chronicle is published every weekday and is the top destination for news, advice, and jobs for people in academe. The Chronicle's Web site features the complete contents of the latest issue; daily news and advice columns; thousands of current job listings; articles published since September 1989; vibrant discussion forums; and career-building tools such as online CV management, salary databases, and more.

The Chronicle's audited Web-site traffic is routinely more than 12 million pages a month, seen by more than one million unique visitors.

In print, The Chronicle is published in three sections: the news section; The Chronicle Review, a magazine of arts and ideas; and Careers, with career advice and hundreds of job listings. Once a month, Chronicle subscribers receive a special report on a key topic, such as personal finance, architecture, or legal issues. Subscribers also receive a special Almanac of Higher Education once a year, and two supplements on forthcoming events in academe.

The Chronicle appears weekly in print except the last two weeks in August and the last two weeks in December (a total of 49 issues a year).

The Chronicle of Philanthropy

The Chronicle of Philanthropy is the newspaper of the nonprofit world. It is the No. 1 news source, in print and online, for charity leaders, fund raisers, grant makers, and other people involved in the philanthropic enterprise.

In print, The Chronicle is published biweekly except the last two weeks in June and the last two weeks in December (a total of 24 issues a year). A subscription includes full access to the Web site and news updates by e-mail -- all at no extra charge.

The Web site offers the complete contents of the latest issue, an archive of past issues and articles published since October 1997, and two issues' worth of the most recent grant listings -- all fully searchable.

Arts & Letters Daily is widely regarded as the Internet's best index of articles on culture and ideas, Arts & Letters Daily is published by The Chronicle of Higher Education and new material is added six days a week.

Guide to Grants

The Chronicle Guide to Grants is an electronic database of all corporate and foundation grants listed in The Chronicle of Philanthropy since 1995. Chronicle of Philanthropy subscribers can search grants from the two most recent issues. Complete access to the Guide to Grants requires a separate subscription.
