‘K still backs Botnia shift demand’

At no time has the government backed down from its demand that the controversial pulp mill being built on the banks of the Uruguay river be moved, Cabinet Chief Alberto Fernández insisted yesterday, despite words by President Néstor Kirchner last week that little can be done about the plant.
